Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Some guests appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, as well as the affordable price point. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, moldy smells, and pest problems. There are also several complaints about booking problems, room availability, and maintenance issues like broken air conditioning and bathroom fixtures. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are positively noted, cleanliness and reliability are significant concerns.
