The staff from receiving me at the airport until the counter service staff are professional and efficient

Leaking air-conditioning and wet my notebook on the desk, workers come in repair with dirty shoes amd make the carpet cannot walk with bare foot. Noisy at night-awaken many time with sound of slamming on room doors.

the hotel is in the city, the shopping mall juzt right beside the hotel.

The car park is very confusing, I can't get to lobby from the car park before I check in, I have to walk through the mall to the hotel lobby with my things.

The room is very comfortable,quiet and very relaxing also can do some work with the hotel internet facility.

The hotel breakfast, would prefer to have continantal breakfast with more variety.

Poor service, far from any restaurant, poor shopping centre

The friendliness of the staffs and the politeness of the cleaners.

The bathroom. It is too small. it wet the entire bathroom each time you shower.the breakfast was bad, may only worth two ringgit. bad.shamefully bad.
