but not making it to the check-in time (until 7pm), I started calling 10 times before 7 pm and no answer at all. tried about another 10 times and still no answer and the phone number which not worked. finally after waiting 5/10 minutes before the entrance of the guesthouse (a friendly neighbour opened us the door, so we could knock on the door on the 3rd floor), I tried phoning again and as a surprise they answered. An employer came 20 minutes later hopefully and the stay was very awesome.

Excellent clean spaces, the breakfast is good as well, we used the kitchen for lunch and it was super clean as well as the three bathrooms.

Its a little far from the city center, but good conections with buses and underground. There was no a TV in the room :(

The guest house is great! Really good find! The room are amazing and great breakfast. We walk everyday to the centre. Is a bit far (10-15 min to the centre restauradores) and up hill but still doable. Great distant to bairro alto!

A good place to stay in Lisbon. We were permitted to check in early in the morning. Nice and laconic room with heater. Not far from city center - 20 min walk to the main Place.

Administrator is not so helpful. For example we asked some tea bag because we forgot to buy it but we were refused and it was very strange. The kitchen is badly equipped - there isn't any corkscrew and other little things.

The room was clean and decently sized and furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. Although at the time of stay (over the New Year) the reception staff was understandably on leave (even though Pedro, who was very helpful, was there at my check in), Mohammed was easily reachable and very helpful even on New Year's Day when I forgot something behind me. The breakfast was also decent and the serving staff friendly. Overall very good value for money.

The rooms and common facilities/areas were clean and good on the whole though some minor things in the property need maintenance (toilet seat and flush cabinet getting stuck, roller blind broken in my room). The property is located in a central part of the city and close to two main Metro lines providing easy access within three to four stops everywhere though is a good 30 minute walk to the Praça do Comércio downtown.

When we arrived a lot of rooms were empty and we could choose the best one. The shared bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and quite tasty. Location isn't near to the city center, but there are a few good restuarants and supermarkets near the appartment. The WiFi-connection was ok.

There was an old conditioning system in the room and it was rather loud but functioned ok.
