Good location, substandard place.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. The location is great you walk to so much in the area.
Cramped hotel. First few nights were reasonable. The room wasn’t bad but not great. Overall I was happy with it just thought it was a little hot. My boss called and needed me to stay for a few more days so I went to extend the room. Unfortunately I had to be moved, which is fine I understand last minute is last minute, but the room I received was smaller than my college dorm. Barely larger than the bed. The temperature was around 78-80 degrease in it. I went to the front desk and asked where the thermostat was and was told the room didn’t have AC. So you’re forced to open the window next to a very noisy street. I was fine with the first room at the $110ish rate but they charged me $180 to basically stay in a hostel.
Great location, poor facilities
Staff were friendly upon arrival and departure
Room was small for a hotel room. Lack of full room airconditioning. A small tower fan was provides for the room with little effect coming from it. Not suitable for when there is a hot day/night and you need to cool off and sleep. Lack of space for luggage in room too. Had to switch hotels in the end.
Weekend in bloomsbury
You get what you pay for
I wish I had more money for a better hotel
I was able to book a room near to Euston station after being stranded due to all trains being canceled. Bed was comfortable.
Poor condition of room - door would not lock, dirty curtains, cupboards falling apart, TV was working but reception was noisy on all channels. Noise from other residents. Did not attempt breakfast. Poor reception staff (one occasional overwhelmed person).
The Location was great , 10min walk , right into Oxford street, under grounds etc. Breakfast was ok, value for money. Very poor toilet / bath room s, only only one toilet / shower per 8 rooms. Need more toilets / showers , very basic in side.
The bathrooms / showers , only one toilet & shower to every 8 rooms , need more of these , for the amount of people staying their. I had to wait 25 mins to go to the toilet ?
I liked the location. it's close to Euston station and about 15 minutes walk to the centre point and British museum
I didn't like the behaviour of the kitchen staff. Their English was poor and they were rude in treating me when i asked them about more bread. Also, they don't care about customers' needs.
It was very close to the metro station, and it was in the centre of London.
The bathroom was poor, and the toilet didn't work. The breakfast was the same each day.
I like the breakfast most.
The triple room is too small, but since I stayed there only one night, it's ok for me.
It was clean , and warm.
The number of shared bathrooms to rooms iks not made obvious enough in the description
location was ideal, staff were pleasant and room was basic but clean.
At least it was clean
No shower or bath. Had to share a loo!! (First time in 40 years!) Room below pavement level. Very thin walls. Should have left immediately but it was very late when I saw all this.
