Location is exellent.
The room was extremely small and outdated. I stayed in the hotel many times before and always made the bookings directly with the hotel, the rooms I received were much better. I left the hotel under the impression that I've received a bad room because of my booking through booking.com. Perhaps the rate was good but "there is no free lunch".

the hotel was a little bit special and everything was very well done. the location for oxford street, and picadilly was excellent and within walking distance for convent garden.
could have done with teaa making facilities in the room having said that we ordered tea for two via room service which was much nicer than a tea bag in a cup! but expensive.
