Cons (-) Hot water was not working at all. Fixed by the morning but too late for evening activities. Nice to have a coffee shop open so early and the pool area was delightful. Friendly staff.

Cons (-) No hot water in the room on Friday afternoon, after a day at the gym, and pool. So we went out to dinner and Clippers game without a shower on Friday night. Once returning that night we finally had hot water shower, however no air conditioning. We called 2 times and no one came up to help. No manager response, no nothing.
