Dirty Room

They had multiple rooms under 1 ad, so we was given a different room than what we paid for. The room was very dirty, and uncomfortable to be in. The hot water barely worked, and the futon was full of stains. The staff who gave us the keys was laughing while we was explaining to him how we felt about the room and the fact that it wasn’t the one pictured in the ad. Overall, very rude staff member and a deceitful company using multiple pictures of their nicer rooms to get you to stay in their lesser, dirtier rooms.
