Rooms are comfortable and clean; staff is very courteous; lobby area and bar is very inviting and nice
Alarm went off at midnight and staff did not do a very good job directing people or informing guests what was going on; breakfast is included but quality could be very much improved; location is very good if you're looking to stay near the airport but it is not as convenient to downtown Memphis and other amenities

Room could use some repairs (all lamp shades damaged, shower curtain rod bent), breakfast buffet was out of several items most days and overall not that good.

Memphis International Airport (MEM) is a short 10 minute drive from the hotel.
