Run down hotel, holes in towels

Staff was friendly, location was good.

Several towels had holes in them, linined were also very old and nearly threadbare. The room was clean but very old. One chair was unusable and needed to be glued in order to be used.

Nothing could not stay there because my name was changed to someone else the day of my reservation and they did it over the phone so iam dispute ING it because the reservation was in my name for over a week I will never stay there ever and I am requesting my money back and the money for other room

Kayak messed up everything don't use them kayak or motel stay at the hyatt because they are a real company

DO NOT BOOK LODGING HERE!!! My wife and booked a room online for one night here for the night of March 13th. On arrival and check in we were offered room #121. When we inspected the room we found the floor dirty and a chunk of carpet missing, the bed sheet soiled or stained (we couldn't tell which) and near thread bare. The top sheet on the bed had a cigarette burn hole in it. We asked for another room explaining what we found in #121. The clerk graciously gave us another room, #127. On inspection we found the bed with no top sheet, the sheets badly won to near thread bare, the bath faucet dripped very badly and the floor in this room also had a large frayed edge adjacent to the hard flooring leading to the bathroom. We returned to the clerk once again and asked for a refund because we felt this place was unsuitable for us. We're not clean freaks but do expect reasonable quality and cleanliness. Not finding anything near satisfaction here we wanted to search out for ourselves another place to spend the night. The clerk explaned she couldn't refund us but could offer an upgrade room, #135. We cautiously accepted the offer finding problems with the bed again with a pillow cover had a cigarette burn hole in it and floor dirty. With three rooms of such poor quality we asked the clerk again for a refund which was declined then asked that the manager call us to discuss what we found. We didn't hear from him. We've called since three times asking him to call us and leaving messages and our return phone number without hearing from anyone. So, today I am posting this very poor review. DO NOT BOOK LODGING HERE!!!

woke up to barking police dogs about 3am surrounding some rooms, nothing more to say

The lobby was musty smelling. Pillows were lumpy and should have been replaced long ago. This being a hotel with doors to the outside I would not recommend this hotel to families. when we entered the room the light did not work. My husband left me at the door to explore the lamps beside the bed to try and turn them on, This being the better option than me going into a dark hotel room. The bathroom was small that the door hit the toilet and the bathtub.
