Valet parking is a good to take, although it is difficult to get there during spring break. It would be nice to get advise from hotel how to reduce the time to get to the valet parking when streets are close. The GPS does not help on that.

Love the place but the...

The location, the setup, the rooms, food, pool, everything was amazing! I loved it! The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful, I really appreciate their help.

The manager is beyond rude and room service is lazy. The last day they totally disregarded my room and we didn’t have fresh towels or bedding until 10pm that night. The thing that bothered me the most was the rude manager and how he approached my guest and I.

Staff SUPER friendly they constantly offered us things and checked on us, everytime you walk past they spoke, checking in they left no info behind... great people pool area nice , hotel clean , restaurant not too bad...

The water was my main problem... you turn the sink on and it smells like someone put a syringe of poop in it... we brushed our teeth in the tub but noticed our mouths felt funny & my skin from taking a shower broke out.

OVER THE TOP AMAZING!

Right on the beach and next door to the Versace mansion. This hotel is spotless! You can even smell the cleanness! Chantel from housekeeping took great care of our room, was very personable, and made us feel like she was there just for us which made our stay all the more amazing. The room was completely updated and decorated nicely with a stocked fridge, bar and even had an espresso machine. The front desk staff was accommodating and even called our room to see if we needed anything. The pool area was private and relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. This is the only hotel I will ever book when I’m in South Beach.

The location is great and the spa was great. Everything else you should stay at another hotel

From the start it was a bait and switch. What you see in the picture is not what you will get. The first room they gave us the bedding was ripped (see picture) when I complained they took us to another room which DID NOT have the nice lounger like you see in the picture. It has worn out furniture (see picture). The entire time they told me that the Booking.com website had an outdated picture but when you go to there website it has the same picture. The managers were condescending and when I checked out after the 4th day they then asked what they could do to make my stay better. UNBELIEVABLE!! I was check out???? No Customer service at this hotel DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SERIOUSLY this is a WARNING. My vacation was full of stress due to the hotel. Pictures don't lie. Go to another hotel. Don't stay here.

My jacuzzi on my room was broken . We only traveled for the trip to stay in the room and see the beach . The jacuzzi was broken and it was no other rooms available . The trip pretty much was over for us after seeing this .

I liked that the hotel was close to a ice-cream shop.

I hated my stay at Hotel Victor from the moment I checked in. I asked the receptionist can I pay the incident fee in cash and she said no. I then walked to the atm and put the money in the bank . When I returned to the hotel she wiped it again only to find out my bank locked my card. The desk rep then said I can pay the deposit fee in cash after she initially told me and after I walked to the atm. After an hour of this, they didn't have my room. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that, " there wasn't a manager, & that they didn't have another room." The young lady did tell me that a manager may be there in the morning , and that I will be contacted. I never heard from noone for rest of my stay, nor did I recieve another room. The room I was put in had dirty sheets and the 2-4days that house keeping did come in, they didn't replace the sheets. The bathroom floor was brown, and the room smelled like mildew. I cant believe noone reached out to me after I paid to be there for 4 nights. I called down to the front desk multiples times and I kept receiving the same response in a rude way! I haven't took a trip in a year and my first trip away could have been better if the hotel would have fixed the problem I didn't suppose to had. They actually said to contact booking..Com and it wasn't anything they could do at the end.

King pool suite

I purchased the king pool suite so when I open up my door I can go right in the pool this hotel was perfect rite on the strip and the indoor tube was amazing

Restaurant, food and drinks were great. Hotel rooms were beautiful and clean. Gorgeous view. Manager was so kind.

Rude overnight reception, no pool security, pool bar closed most days we were there. Hookers, prostitutes and porn stars using pool, doing “business” and photo shoots while guests are trying to relax. Not a ton of room by the pool in the first place, so should be reserved for hotel quests only. Prostitution should be taken seriously. Allows disrespectful gross individuals to enter pool area and stare at and hit on guests. Disgusting and uncomfortable.

Loved the bed, it was really comfortable. The bath was the best part of my stay. It was huge and really spacious.

They provide a wonderful assortment of snacks/drinks in the room but they were extremely over priced so I did not purchase anything.

Escape to Miami Beach

I loved everything. My room was perfect, especially the infinity tub (it's noisy but worth it), the view sublime, the hotel's restaurant breakfast was fantastic!

Not much I didn't like. Everything was beautiful but you can tell that if not properly maintained the facility will start to look rough on the edges, like everything will started to look worn. The pool was a disappointment but with the ocean being right there, didn't matter.

Staff is very friendly! I highly recommend getting the king room at poolside so you can come and go as you please from your room to the pool! Great view with the lounge chairs in the morning drinking coffee and watching the activity on Ocean Drive! Stayed at a different hotel the next night I was very disappointed and realized we should’ve just stayed at hotel Victor! Will for sure be back if we come to Miami!

Only downside is parking is hard in South Beach and their valet is quite pricey per night.

Need towel racks in the bathroom and space for a suitcase other than near the front door. Bike use should be longer than just an hour and a half. The ironing board did not work (would not latch to stand up) and iron was dirty.

Nice hotel with great location. We upgraded room with small balcony. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Right next to Versace Mansion where we ate at their beautiful restaurant when a tropical storm blew in. Hotel provides complimentary bikes, umbrellas, beach towels and chairs.

Would stay here next time...

Perfect location right on the beach, a beautiful Art Deco building in the historic Art Deco strip on ocean drive, the king suite room was incredible if you want to splurge! Staff was very helpful and sweet! Special thanks to Cristina, Dania, Mike, Nikita, and Guerrine for their warmth and attentiveness! The pool was beautiful and fun because you can watch passerby on the street there. But the ocean just in front is even better and the hotel offers free beach chair rentals and towels, etc.

It was unfortunate that the restaraunts and bars and sauna wasn’t open due to COVID renovations and such, and so the complimentary breakfast that our room came with was OK. Not worth paying for but definitely sufficient if your booking includes it!

Amazing location

The hotel is located in the heart of south beach. The facilities are good, rooms are clean the pool is very nice with excellent view. They have bikes included in your reservation and breakfast every day in the lobby.

The valet parking is just until 10 pm after that is a headache to find parking in that area. My car was towed. I had to pay 323 dollars to get it back.

I liked the room, staff, service, amenities, and I absolutely enjoyed the spa services.

I didn't like that I was told I could do a late check out at 1PM and when I called to request a late check out, I was told I couldn't do it. That's inconsistent information and threw off my visit.

This hotel provides nothing but...

This whole experience had been a nightmare. The only reason it gets a star is because of the beautiful location and room. They first changed my reservation without me knowing, it took me calling them for them to tell me my reservation was changed to the next day. Then for valet parking, there is NONE. I called trying to park my car because the street it is on was CLOSED. They said they had valet on 10th and Collins. It wasn't there. I drove around for close to 45 mins looking for it, it's not there. I ended up parking in a garage nearby. The staff over the phone were not helpful at all and even rude at times. You can't rely on this hotel to do anything, so glad I'm a planner and planned ahead for everything and anything or else it would have been 10 times worse. Will NOT be staying here ever again.

The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Marie and Tony were very nice. Also Mikel, Carmen, and Rodrigo. The location was right in the heart of the action and the balcony had good views. The balcony area was in a U shape around the pool and the view of the pool was nice. Overall it was a pretty good stay for the money., compared to the options and prices of other hotels. We wanted balcony and ocean view, and this was the best price, for both.

There was a $300 deposit that we were not aware of and took away from our spending money. Valet was a hassle. $42 a night. The main road to the front of the hotel was blocked, so they had to do the valet service on the next street over, so we had to walk a block over to get to the hotel entrance. It was so busy at night and we had to park ourselves because they weren't there, that was on Friday night though. They scraped 3 of our rims and tires as well. We notified them, and one of the guys took one of the days off. Be prepared to pay for parking everywhere. There is no microwave in the room, and a small refrigerator that has drinks and other items in there. If you want to place your own food, you'd have to take their items out. We had a lot of food we had to throw away because there was no way of keeping it cool, or warming it.. We had a King room, with one bed, it was kind of small, but cozy. We also had a balcony with nice view but was kind of small as well. You could hear everything outside by the pool area, but it didn't bother us.

- Location: it is close to the beach and close to restaurants. - The front desk was friendly. - The room was clean. - WiFi was working as expected.

- Room was small. Not a lot of space to have 2 suitcases; let alone have both open at the same time. - Shower head could not be hung up above your head. So you had to hold it in your hand. - At night the outside wind caused a whistling tone at the window. Opening/closing window did not help. - The Hotel is at Ocean Drive, so there is noise from people outside. - The fee for the valet parking is twice the price compared to parking in the garage. The Miami Beach Municipal Parking Garage is close by (13th str).

The room and the view was amazing! The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The only problem is that there were 3 adults in a room with 1 bed. Not even 2 adult women want to sleep in a bed together.

There were hidden fees. I was not told about the $27 resort fee. nor was I told about the $100 deposit. Nor was I told about the $50 valet fee. Nor was I told there would be 1 bed.

A South Beach Adventure

The Hotel Victor is located right in the middle of fun Biking, Bikinis, boozing and dancing till dawn but and what a big butt South Beach has, bring your money, valet $40 a night drinks there magic number is $20 a drink and 20% added to everything courtesy of the people that don't know how to tip... So bad service is the norm because they get paid ether way. But no were on Earth will see the eclectic mix of people just wanting to have a good time, then in South Beach

Nothing Works when you pay $300 a night and cant take a shower because the shower is plugged FAIL. Or go to have a soak in the Roman tub until you turn it on and it spits nasty bits of the last people that used it out FAIL Or the Ac vents are so plugged that it took 2 maintenance people 2 days to get it right FAIL. And the worst part is they have your money because you used a new service and paid up front wont do that again FAIL FAIL FAIL. Spent $1000 dollars in 2 day on room and did not get to enjoy it Priceless NOT!!!

Great Place for a Getaway

Room was setup well. TV install on wall was slick & well-done. Free breakfast each morning was convenient and saved us money (croissants, muffins & high-class coffee). Pool & view were unbeatable. Staff was very polite and always available. Best place I've stayed in in South Beach.
