Location,hospitality and value for money.
Nothing
I liked the location. Very close to Niagara Falls.
1. Urine on toilet seat. 2. Crooked bed. 3. Dirty carpet and surface area. For visitors, I suggest to either pay a little more, or drive 5-10 minutes more to for about the same cost, but much much cleaner and comfortable place. ~$80 for a double bed/nt was not worth it.
Nothing
Dirty room. Room is small, smelly, sheets are disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay away
Don't trust the pictures!
Short walk to the falls
Room stunk, toilet was loose, sink faucet was loose, bathroom mirror was dirty, shower walls were dirty, freezer door was frozen shut because the refrigerator hasn't been defrosted since the 70's. The bed was hard as a brick. If you get a parking space there in the lot, you'd best keep it and walk everywhere because you might not have one when you return. We paid for 3 nights, the room never got cleaned, and we only got 2 towels. I went and asked for more, and the guy got mad and acted like he didn't want to give me any. Just because the room is nasty doesn't mean I'm going to be. They obviously aren't spending any money on maids or wait staff, so surely they can afford some new towels. Pay a few dollars more and go anywhere else. It's worth it. Comfort is important. Especially on vacation.
The only compliment I could give this hotel is that it is close enough to walk to the Falls. The neighborhood is not so great, but it's also close to other hotels (in case you find you want to stay elsewhere) and tourist shops. The phone in the room didn't work but management let me use the office phone during business hours.
Room was filled w/thick cigarette smoke odor. Made us cough & gag, asthma patient would have attack. Mgmt refused to change room, gave us air freshener! Smells combined made things worst, had to open ac & door for hours. Room’s door lock barely worked - serious safety risk! When I tried locking door it wouldn't lock, let alone close properly into place. Mgmt showed me how to correctly “handle” the knob so door would close/lock. Blocked door w/heavy furniture just in case. Bed was dirty, didn't want to risk bedbugs. Dirty towels, no flush toilet. Local merchants said this place was trash. Current mgmt doesn't keep in good condition, don’t care, only want money. Don’t ever book with no-name hotel. Pay more for quality & comfort. stay away!!!!
Nothing at all!
The inn is extremely dirty and lacks basic facilities as: functioning air-conditioner, normal and sufficient towels, etc. The Wi-Fi is interrupted frequently and the whole equipment is old and eroded.
room was dirty, drawer in dresser was missing.not enough outlets for tv,microwave, frig.had to unplug one to use other.
It was very cheap to Niagara falls, walking distance. Car parking easy and Manager or owner was very friendly and honest. yes it is not too high start hotel but good for staying for Niagara falls. Nice hot water though in shower rooms.
nothing that we liked at this hotel.
it is a rather overpriced motel with rooms in a very ppor condition (broken furniture, entrance door barely closing, etc). We were glad there was no bed bug though as once we entered the room this was our main concern
location
needs to be repaired and updated.
Owner very helpful recommending places to eat and to visit.
Cleanliness and state of repair of room. Cable tv was disconnected, when connected, poor reception. Overpriced for quality of the hotel.
the hot tub, and it was quite ok to stay in there....
It was the worst place that anyone could have stayed. The sheets were nasty, there was a whole in the ceiling. It smelled awful. It was such a disappointment. I have never stayed in a more dismal environment ever. And paying $149.00 for a room like that? There were other indiviudals who had checked in who complained of the same problems. This faciliy should not be listed.
