Pros: The rooms were a very nice balance between the privacy of a hotel and the comfort of a home. The breakfast in the morning around a common table was a great place to meet people and share your experiences in Niagara-on-the-lake. The owners are very friendly and make the experience that much better.
Cons: Can't think of anything to complain about!

Cons: The beds are too firm; the food is pretty bad, especially the hot food; our friends room was not cleaned; and we had ants in our bathroom.

Pros: Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly & helpful. Bed very comfortable. Hotel is very well maintained. Great hot breakfast. Location is not in town but is located near very large shopping area and close drive to the canal connection Lakes Erie & Ontario. Niagara-on-the-Lake is also a short drive thru beautiful wine & farm country. Niagara Falls is about 20-30 minutes. Border crossing was quite easy but you need a passport. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a terrific alternative to the busy locations directly by the Falls. The drive along the river is a must. The town is beautiful.

Pros: Room were comfortable and clean. Front desk staff gave us very good recommendations for meals outside of the hotel restaurant. The location was convenient for Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries.

Pros: We found the hear very hard to regulate , otherwise it was great. Our Street Pilot was very confused due to new construction and so the hotel was not where the Street Pilot thought it was.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, especially the eggs benedict, the hash browns and the coffee. Loved the “period decor” everywhere - in our room, the halls and dining area.
Cons: The electronics in the room were challenging to operate: the TV wasn’t plugged initially, then the volume control wouldn’t work, then we couldn’t get the TV to turn off (which is probably why a prior guest pulled the plug from the wall).

Pros: I loved that the Inn, it was romantic, the bed was so good for sleeping. The staff was friendly, the view and breakfast were even better! I will be making this Inn an anual trip. Awesome experience all around. Oh and the fireplace in the superior rooms were so grand!

Pros: The rooms and property were beautiful, room was comfortable and nicely appointed.
Cons: We arrived between lunch and dinner. As we looked out across the vineyard on a sunny day enjoying the scenery, the restaurant staff informed us that having some cheese and crackers and wine to enjoy the view with was not possible because the cheese board was on the lunch menu and not the dinner menu. After a confused 25 minute wait to see if we wanted to order anything off the menus sitting in front of us. At a so called 4 diamond rated establishment. Not what I would have expected at a full service hotel. We were offered no explanation and no one even offered to help us or ask why when we decided to leave. We must have too high standards for a 4 diamond rating (though I don't think so).

Cons: For the price of the rooms, there should have been more amenities, such as free coffee and tea and snacks available 24/7. Though not the fault of the servers employed, service was slow. Property appeared to be under-staffed.
