Unsatisfactory
So many things....you get charged some kind of processing cleaning fee for 50 dollars then they tell you that you only get 40 back...Then the staff is not very knowledgeable one person would tell you one thing and the other person another. My room was old and not updated.(besides tv, fridge, and microwave) This his room was gross. The carpet was dirty looking. There was a wet stain and they came and said it was silicone and tried to clean it. But when I ask for another room they said that I couldn't get a different room cause they were booked. Asked for extra pillows of which they had none. No thicker blanket on top of bed just some thin sheets with a thin blanket in between. Pillows were horrible. So why they charging that fee when the rooms still look bad? The bathroom was clean....thank goodness. I didn't eat the breakfast but they did have some hot items. Overall I give this place a 2.....
