The beds, bathroom area, dresser/table and mirrors were clean. So was the TV.
Customer service should be to priority. Upon arrival, i had to wait over 5 minutes due to staff gossiping and joking around. Mind you, i have health conditions that prevents me from standing for long period of time. If a customer is requesting a room on the first floor to accommodate their health issue, it should have been granted. The AC should be inspected more because the room i was in the AC wasn't blowing according to lowest degree. I had to sleep without sheets/blanket because it was humid. The remote wasn't working with the TV so i had to spend time figuring out how to manually operate it. And front desk receptionist should be answering phones whenever a call comes in because in the room i was in, the stall got jammed and overflowed and i tried numerous times, at night, to call front desk and they never answered the phone so i may notify them of the incident and be placed in a different room due to it being unsanitary. In all, it was the worst experience i have had and normally, i would get better service with this hotel. So I'm disappointed.
There was urine on the floor outside the room, blood on the sheets and general. People partying all night and bad customer service.
Phillip was the only positive part of this experience.
The worst I’ve seen
The staff were very helpful and understanding at front desk.
Once checked in, the room smelled like someone has been chain smoking in there for months, the toilet tank was broken and the water was running non stop, besides one of the beds looked that someone just got up from a nap. The building looked like an old place that has been taken over by drug dealers. I would not recommend staying there at all!!! The only good thing is that the front desk staff was helpful and understanding about the situation, I canceled my reservation and requested a refund.
Location is good
Is too old and dirty
DO NOT STAY HERE
The staff was polite and wonderful, which is the only good thing I can say about the place. Everything else was terrible.
DO NOT STAY HERE. The room and property were dirty and run down. The neighborhood was not friendly, right next door to Orange County jail. The outside walls were thin and we could hear people walking by and talking loudly late into the night (and we were on the fourth floor). There were strange, shady-looking individuals milling around in the outdoor hallway when we arrived after 9pm, and another in the elevator who appeared to either be lost or just wandering around the property. Our flight left early in the morning, and I was genuinely afraid of leaving the room at that time. The room had a strange, musty odor. There was grime in all corners of the room and bathroom, and the tub drain was corroded and chipped. The towels were dirty, and one had hair folded up in it. The beds had a sheet and a light bed spread - no blanket, and the sheets had small black lint all over it that, due to the overall condition of the room, had me examinining it for a long time in fear of bugs (although I didn’t actually see any). The smoke detector was hanging from wires in a hole in the wall and didn’t appear to be connected. The elevator door didn’t quite close all the way before it started moving. Overall a terrible experience.
I did not like anything.
Rooms were disgusting. Filled with Mold, air conditioning not working. Staff unprofessional.
It's near a maximum security prison, its gross, nothing is clean, it's awful
Staff very friendly and accommodating
Run down and things didn't work properly, such as my phone. It served its purpose
Bed was comfortable
Corridors were filthy. Nighttime noises sounded like inner city- arguing, shouting, etc.
Rude staff at front desk.
Cleaning staff was great.
Room I booked was not available. Room smelled and the A/C did not work. I asked for a smoking room and was told they wouldn't have one until the next day
Room attendants are rude and I think her name Lucia. Yeah her. She was raising her voice and i already told her that we are packing up. Sorry for being a late waler
i wasn't there long enough to enjoy it
