    Great rooms, fantastic bathrooms, quiet. This hotel really makes it obvious that the Grand Floridian is overdue for a tear down and rebuild. However, we will continue to stay at the Grand Floridian over this superior in many ways Hotel simply because the former is on Disney Property and while this hotel is nearby with shuttle service provided, it does take some time to get to the parks.

    Valet service was very slow. We called down 25 minutes prior to our first departure (15 minutes was suggested) and ended up waiting another 15 minutes for them to find our vehicle. The head valet was apologetic, but the next morning it took another ten minutes to obtain our car.
