During a one month visit to the Kansai area this was the best hotel I stayed at among several in both Osaka and Kyoto including two 'luxury' hotels. The ANA Crowne knows about balance of service. The entire staff was professional, well organized and provided the smoothest, most comfortable and truly accommodating environment. Everyone knew what they were doing and worked well as an efficient skilled team.
I have only praise for this hotel. I travel in Japan often and I plan to make The ANA Crowne my first and probably only choice in Osaka.
