Pros:
It was National so until I realized the 2 were connected I didn't respond to this. Very nice upgrade, fit entire family.Cons:
Both keys were on the same key ring which didn't allow for us to tuck one safely away. The GPS system badly needed updating, it took us in the wrong direction twice and we stopped using it.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Staff at pick up was okay. He refused to attempt to use some of ny credit cards causing another passanger to use theirs and then charge more for me to be a driver. Drop off was confusing. The location is unmanned and the drop box is unmarked and honestly looks like a trash can. The price was ridiculously expensive for a very basic car for a mere 5 hours.Cons:

I was told that the car could not be returned after hours. When I arrived the next morning as scheduled, no one was there there was a self return process in place. I could have retuned the car the night before which would have saved me time and hassle.10.0 Wonderful
