Wonderful stay
Really kind staff, especially Natalia (reception desk). The hotel was really clean! Fantastic stay!
Far from a 5*, don’t...
The room was big and clean
NOT a 5* hotel at all - more like 3* RUDE staff who made you feel uncomfortable. By far the most rude staff The worst value for money - again, the money paid for this ‘5*’ is a joke, the breakfast was awful (undercooked omelette) Rude staff, even on arrival we were offered an upgrade for £50 a night. But when we rejected, the receptionist grunted and walked off We saw champagne near reception and asked if we were allowed - the female receptionist snapped and said ‘for check in only’ Only one pool for main guests - the INFINITY POOL IN THE PICTURES IS A CATFISH - not once were we told this is for ‘STAR PRESTIGE MEMBERS ONLY’ Sunset champagne bar closed - again we were not told of this When we ordered a taxi back to the airport after check out, the receptionist hadn’t called it and gruntly made us pull our cases into the rain without any form of well wish Location (due to covid) everything was closed so this is an exception. Caught a bus everyday to the center. Far from a 5*. Absolutely laughable.
Overall it is a good...
The position of the hotel is practically near to the beach which is covenient. - The service at the pool was good. - The best thing was the live music. In almost each evening there were live music players which did a great job.
Some of the persons from staff were like: don't do that, this is not allowed, etc. Some, but most of them were really fine. - In our last day there, somebody from the cleaning staff tried to enter in our room before 9:00 which I consider a bad thing - The bed creaked at every movement - The entrance doors from rooms are heavy and you cannot closed them softly therefore everytime when somebody enters/exits from his/her room, the door makes a lot of noise - The breakfast was less and less each day. Less as the diversity of products available not quantities - The water in the pool was salty and cold.
Exceptional
The hotel is beautiful. From the moment you walk in the reception. My room was large and modern - everything was great. The pool is prefect, as is the poolside service. The champagne bar is great for the evening. Perfect place to escape and relax - you really don’t need to leave.
Passable
The hotel looks like new, it is close to the beach and has a pool. Staff is usually helpful. Good COVID related protection measures, but some tourists don’t follow them.
At checkin a man tried to sell us a better room for a higher price. We said no which made him behave impolite and gave us a poor experience. The starprestige breakfast is mostly eggs and bread, nothing low fat or vegetarian. I would not rate this hotel with 5 stars.
Post lockdown holiday
We were concerned before we travelled, but didn’t need to be....from arrival all the staff were lovely, clearly well trained in hygiene measures, and the hotel was always extremely clean. The hotel itself was definitely worthy of 5 stars. We stayed in room 701 which was gorgeous, and our kids in 703 which also had a great view. For us the star prestige was worth the extra cost. Our particular thanks to Stefan and Ana, who made our days by the pool easy and were lovely. We hired a car and explored the island - would thoroughly recommend; we went to Sóller, Deià, Caló de Moro, portals....all gorgeous. Vanrell car hire were great.
We didn’t love the area....there isn’t much you can walk to that’s either high quality or local.....it’s all pretty basic restaurants and tourist shops. Also, the covid restrictions made the buffet quite difficult...I think the hotel should consider more table service. We also asked to upgrade a meal to the a la Carte restaurant, which wasn’t allowed - this is extremely unusual in our experience.
Fabulous Beach Getaway
We loved the customer service! Everyone was super friendly and attentive. We worked part-time from the hotel and found the WiFi to be super fast. We also enjoyed our room and the balcony to enjoy the evening entertainment. Thanks for making our week special.
We would recommend the staff on the 8th floor to have an umbrella during the hot summer! Everything was perfect!
One of our very favourite hotels at Playa de Palma. Had booked half-board but arrived late and night... and were surprised by some nice cheese, jamon, bread and fruits on the room. Also in our room somebody had apparently smoked before so they gave us an upgrade to full seaview that made us happy...
Staff, restaurants, services, room....
The spa management / staff.
Big and comfortable room, nice bed and pillows. Well equipped gym, "star-prestige" room, great view from window, proximity to beach, connection with bus to Palma. Friendly staff, we liked how they solved our issue. Possibility to check-out later. The dinner at Marea restaurant was delicious.
The design of the bath tub is beautiful, but not practical. There is no way to stop the water from splashing, which makes the floor wet. There are no handles to hold on. There was access to the "infinite pool", but it was not operational: water was freezing cold and the pool was dirty. However, the staff reacted and solved the issue.
Fantastic place how a hotel should be ! Every one go’s out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay can’t fault it! Well done everyone
Nothing it’s spot on
Lovely hotel liked everything about it would definitely return.
Nothing
Very clean amazing decor such great service and very welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommended would return here again for another holidays amazing place.
Staff perfect and hotel too
The staffs are excellent. Very helpful and often go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed every bit of their hospitality.
We were in the prestige room but the bed not the best.
Modern facilities, spacious, heated outdoor pool
The cold evening buffet that was cleared before we had sufficient courses
The room was very big, the sea view was just amazing from the 5th floor! The location is perfect! There are nice restaurants around, a pharmacy is next door, a bus station is just in front of the hotel from where you can get to the centre of Palma for just 1,5 euro. The breakfast at the hotel is gorgeous! I really liked a Bluetooth music system at the room, so I could connect to Apple Music through my iPhone and it would play from dynamics around the room
Already, the welcome of the guests in this hotel is amazing: it is great to start your stay with a champagne. :) Very polite staff. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, romantic, both with shower and bath, balcony with glass for the great view. Amazing great an deicious selection of breakfast. Very very close to the beach (Palma city center is quite far so this hotel is the best for beach holiday or just to enjoy and relax). Pool is amazing.
Everything was great! The service at the pool was not so frequent (so the person could have come more often). But this is not a big critics - I will still come again to this hotel.
Delicious food in the restaurant (esp. hamon, cheese and seafood), spacious room with superb design, terrace, location (very close to the beach, Palma Aquarium, restaurants, bars, Megapark is a 15 min walk away). The cleaners ofter left animals made from towels and sweets in the bed, which entertained my son. We also received a gift from the hotel, that was a pleasant surprise.
Some waiters were not friendly at all, and when I with my 4-year old son sat at a table for four persons (I need to sit next to him, not on the opposite, in order to feed him), they asked us to move to a table for two, although there were plenty of free tables. They also sometimes forgot to offer us dessert at lunch (we had all-in). Shower in the bath tub in our room didn't work and, although we informed the reception, it was never fixed.
Clean and elegant place; near the beach, nice pool (though it’s kept pretty cold)
The restaurant some days was a bit crowded. For the buffet service breakfasts and dinners you need to get a waiter to bring coffee or water to your table which slows everything down. Would run more smoothly if there were some self service beverage options. The bed was quite noisy and though staff acknowledged it the did nothing to repair it.
The early breakfast (05:30) we had requested was not ready in the deserted restaurant. We had to find something to eat (mainly dry bread) ourselves. Coffee machine not working - luckily we found someone in the kitchen who eventually gave us a small pot. Tea and coffe machine in the room.... but we were expected to pay extra for tea bags or coffee capsules! In a 5 star hotel? This was a first after many years of international travel!
Professional staff, very good food selection and very good drinks selection.
We upgraded to a selection room and had the most terrible smell in that room, probably from the waste pipes, this was solved the next day by moving us into a standard room and there was no smell, it was also on the other part of the hotel.
Absolutely wonderful hotel, all was very well thought through, from design to commodity. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would love to come back again. Ace!
Nothing to mention
Really I can’t say enough about this hotel still here the sound of the sea from my balcony it was a dream Staff Food Housekeeping Services Valley Excellent Location Rooms Spa Beach All shops around the hotel Clinic beside the hotel Bike rental shop Pharmacy Really everything you need just a step from the hotel Everything
Nothing really nothing
Everything was just amazing! The room, the balkong, the view. The hotel staff was really nice. They were always there for whatever we needed. The food was delicious. The beds were too comfortable! The last day of our stay we had a flyght 9pm and we needed to check out of the hotel at 12. We were at the pool all day and we could take a shower and get ready for the flight. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone and I'm sure I'll be back! Best hotel!
I liked everything.
Good location. Clean and very spacious rooms. One of the better options in this area. Helpful and friendly staff.
Tiny GYM for 5 star hotel, otherwise good.
everything is wonderfull
possibly extra tv channels for english
Rooms and facilities were nice
We opted for the ALL INCLUSIVE to experience "all" that Iberostar had to offer. Problem is, it's not All Inclusive! little things like juice out of the fridge is not covered as well as the limited drinks menu at the bar (anything with an * next to it is not covered. To be honest, if you compare actual cost to the "all inclusive" package, it's not worth it- really it's a scam. The following are the cost of their buffets: Breakfast 22.00, Lunch 25.00, Dinner 30.00 (food was ok- seriously). Most drinks were around 5.00- so, just do the math. Also, if you would like a late check-out (like 2 hrs), they charge an extra 70.00. One other thing to note: I booked through bookings.com, it was suggested by the front desk that if I booked directly through the hotel, they would have worked with me on refunding the all inclusive portion and given me an upgraded room- so there you have it.
Everything!
Nothing!
My husband and I travelled here for my birthday + our babymoon. I liked the location - loads of restaurants around. Room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast - wide selection of food. The hotel was clean, and not too crowded. I do believe the furniture in the lobby should be reniewed or changed :) - they just look cheap. - the hotel was soooo much better than the first impression of the lobby. I would go back there.
Staff - you could feel that for them it is the end of the season. The service was not bad, but could have been better. Smiling more, especially not as good of a service by the pool. Breakfast - cold waffles, pancakes, porridge (only managed to catch one hot recently made waffle throughout the whole week), since they have been sitting on the counter with no heating. It was my birthday - and all i got was a paper card... It is a five star hotel. just making it a liiiitle bit more special would have been nice. Also - the soap in the bathroom was never refilled - I already saw the same comment on other reviews. Lots of families with small kids - just to watch out if you want a quiet stay. See is across the street, so the hotel is not on the beach.
The location is perfect and the breakfast (which was included) was excellent.
The coffee machine in the bedroom is for espresso only.
Everything
No comment
The hotel is clean, very welcoming, the staff are amazing, especially at the reception and the restaurant/pool area. The food was wonderful! A big display for breakfast that covered everything and beyond.
I have to say that although the room was wonderful, the bed was only OK.
location and property itself is excellent
Several people from staff didn’t really speak emglish, or very simple phrases only, difficult to agree upon anything, mistakes in orders etc. Quite slow, especially on pool bar.
We loved our stay at the hotel, and were especially happy about the upgrade of our room from the pool view to the sea on the third floor view with a spacious terrace! Much exceeded our expectations! The hotel is located in the nice and quiet part of Playa de Palma, with a very nice beach within 2min walk. Great breakfast buffet with delicious fresh orange juice!
Coffee quality for breakfast was very poor. Dinner buffet was not really up to a five start hotel. The food overall was good, and is a good option when staying with a little kid, but we would not recommend dinner buffet to a couples, as there are plenties of other nice places to go for a dinner within walkable distance.
Light, contemporary design hotel recently refurbished; Quality staff in all departments; Optimal and classy selection of meal courses, neither scarce, nor canteen style; Not least, beachfront position with stunning sunsets.
Perhaps coffee...
Good location, doesn’t feel too busy, staff were really helpful when you needed something.
Not much really.
Great location, perfect atmosphere, food was wonderful big variety and staff is absolutely fantastic. Would recommend this for a family and also if you are alone or without children. Staff is always happy to help make your holiday one to remember
Everything was great! They upgraded our room from pool view to sideview to the sea which was breathtaking! Amazing stuff, cleanliness, confort and food! Everything was beyond expectations!
Superb and large rooms with an amazing view, and very clean. Loved swinging on the balcony in the swingchairs and enjoying the view. Shower is very big, very comfy bed. The pool is very nice after a hot day! We booked a Star Prestige room on the 6th floor.
Staff at the reception is (again) terrible. We were on honeymoon but staff ignored it. Our checkin was interrupted like 5 times by phonecalls at the reception, and the sir that checked us in was stress as hell. Not a warm welcome of a 5 star hotel. Only the cleaning staff is superb! Hotel made some changes this year that are not in advantage of the guests (no more beach towels, bad entertainment at night, prices increased enormously, staff got worser, minimum stay of 5(!) nights, no entry at Star Prestige lounge after 19:00h, etc.) Still a lovely hotel but they should look out for their guests a lot more. And please make a kind guesture when people are on honeymoon!
+ fantastic food + TOP location + rooms were very clean and spacious (even standard rooms) + wasn’t very crowded, although the hotel was fully booked + staff in the restaurant, bar and the pool were great + parking service was cool (like a valet, but they park on nearby streets) + cool atmosphere in the Sunset bar, nicely decorated, good music and drinks, comfortable couches and chairs + delicious food in the Marea restaurant right in the hotel - great place for a lunch, they also offer a 25% discount, if you’re staying in the hotel
- common areas (windows in the corridor, mirrors in the elevator) were extremely dirty, definitely not up to a standard of a 5* hotel. We tried communicating it to the reception as a feedback, but the receptionist got very defensive, as if we were accusing her personally - staff in the reception did not make me feel welcome. It felt like they didn’t take any responsibility to what was happening in the hotel. Forced smiles which faded away as soon as you turned away (even sooner).
location and pool
gym we asked for joint rooms and we were separate from our kids. 6th and 2 nd floor.
Everything was perfect all over.
Nothing
Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are great, beds comfy. Pool area sufficient, lots of chairs and great service. Location top class. Just turn left when you exit to the beach for all the best restaurants. Rooms do feel overpriced but offset by very reasonable drinks and food menu
Pool is quite small but sufficient. Rooms feel overpriced
location, hotel, pool etc great
the bathrooms in the rooms don't have doors on which is really not very discrete - instead there is just a glass door for the toilet. Everything about this hotel is BRILLIANT but we wouldn't stay again just because of the bathrooms in the rooms
Location
Great location, see view room was amazing, loved waking up to the beautiful view, white colours and a very clean room. The hotel offers a lot of extras, we never laid by the pool empty handed, the staff brings around cocktails, water, ice creams constantly. The seafood buffet was great! Entertainment program is fantastic, we enjoyed daily aqua activities and live music at the sunset bar.
Was unexpectedly charged extra for a child, no one to meet at the door and help out of the taxi, had to climb the stairs with luggage by ourselves.
We enjoyed the Breakfast buffet - the Property was very clean and staff helpful.
We upgraded our room to take advantage of the rooftop infinity pool and inclusive drinks. This was lovely as it never got too busy. There were always enough sunbeds for people to lay on. The pool never got too busy. Sitting up there one of the highlights of the trip as it was so peaceful. - Great breakfast options - Great dinner options - Rooms were really a good size. Were never on top of each other - Stayed on 6th floor so had a really good view of the sea - Staff friendly
- Rooms could do with a bit more colour and made to feel a bit more homely - Had a pleasant stay but think overall was a bit too expensive for what it is. - It is a substantially big resort so I understand the buffet style lay out for dinner but could be a bit chaotic at times. When spending 400+ per night, I'd probably prefer a more served dining experience. Had to get up a number of times to order water from staff.
Prestige service worth paying the little extra for
Outstanding
We had a very very nice time in this hotel. When We arrived We got some cold drinks and champaignes - it was nice welcome! The hotel itself is in a very nice and calm area, so it was the best place for us to relax. The room was just cool and very comfortable. We were only on the second stairs but had nice view for the ocean and the pool as well. We stayed a lot at the pool and the got every day nice Coctails and ice cream as a gift. The breakfast and the dinner was more than perfect. Everything was fresh and they beaked every meat in front of You. Last but not least everybody was kind and friendly, so I would recommend this hotel for everyone!!
Treatment on arrival, staff so helpful, friendly and really make the effort to upgrade or add extra touches where possible, bedrooms/bathroom facilities were all great, the pool and atmosphere around the pool was great, lots of nice little touches and staff coming round with free ice lollies and drinks for guests (regardless of board), good options at breakfast which were high quality and fresh.
The quality of the evening buffet was inconsistent and not a huge amount of variety from one evening to the next, which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel and made the half board not really worth it. Some amazing quality items and some really sub standard unfortunately. Also no drinks available with the half board evening meal, not even water to help ourselves too which was disappointing as well. Think we would have been really happy if we’d have just been bed and breakfast but unfortunately the evening meal just took the edge off. Still a great place to stay though just not quite as high standard on the evening meal as I’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
The environment, staff and food selection was excellent
Coffee was poor quality and cornflakes were like cardboard.
Rooms are nice, spacious.
No private access to the beach
Fresh fruits
Greasy meat
Fabulous food and friendly staff
Location - whilst convenient, the hotel was in an area with lots of German groups drinking all day
Great location in front of the sea, new spacious rooms, all facilities feature stunning design and hotel staff was fantastic. Breakfast delicious, free water and beach towels were a very nice touch. Overall, great hotel fully living to its 5-star rating.
We were in May, so I’m not sure how it changes for the high season, but the times of work of the sunset bar and the pool were very limited only until 7pm. The star prestige area with infinity pool on the roof is only accessible for the guests of star prestige, which is understandable, but if there would be an option to pay to access it, without upgrading all the way to the star prestige room, that would improve overall experience dramatically. Spa area is a bit small, compared to the size of other areas. Area around the hotel is very touristic, which can be upside or downside on its own depending on the preferences of the guest. We were driving to most other beaches on the island and only having dinners close to the hotel.
Room and Shower
No Coffee in the room
Amazing view from balcony, food, room, staff!!i will definitely I will back:)
Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, super friendly, attentive staff, lots of additional touches ie. complimentary water, beach towels & beach bag!, robes, slippers made our stay special. Beautiful pool area. Delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend.
The Pool as well as the room and balcony were very nice. The breakfast was good with fresh omelettes and eggs.
The staff is generally not very motivated. They do not provide information about the facilities of the hotel or are not able to answer questions about their own entertainment or sports programme. Once we wanted to drink something on the Champagne sundowner bar and after almost 15 minutes, I asked the waiter if we could order. He said he is rearranging the cushions. Roughly 10 minutes later we went away since we still could not order anything. The food on the Buffet was very often only luke warm.
Everything was perfect The staff is very kind, the room was magic with a see view The room are very confortable. Very clean. Hôtel very quiet. Great location
Nothing
Great hotel ( especjally if you have upgrade to Star Prestige ) amazing view from room and 8th floor pool . Very nice staff ,delicious breakfast and dinners .
additional payment for drinks ( beer , coca cola) during dinners.
Very good and glamorous choice of food, delicious and fresh. Rooms spacious, light, comfortable bed.
Smell from the pool.
We have booked room Star Prestige but in hotel we have been downgraded, becouse of children that has not allowed to be a star prestige, we have downgraded but pay full amount.
Superb hotel with great quality food and location.very friendly restaurant staff. Spacious room and we got a large space out front which was perfect for my daughter's cartwheels. Nice treats for guests by the pool - may have been to help is overcome disappointment at the weather!
Could have been clearer that rooftop was for floors 7/8
Breakfast was good, staff was nice and friendly, facilities good, very near to the beach, the outdoor pool looked great (but weather was not great and we didn't use) and the rooftop pool looked great (weather was not great, was closed down). There was also a champagne bar overlooking the beach (again: weather not great, so they closed it down). As part of an upgrade we had hosted snacks/drinks during the day which was shifted due to weather to the inside bar. They had some music every night in the bar, and a variety of activities during the day. We also were able to access the indoor pool just across the street, and there were also some tennis courts. Big TV, nice sea view, cool shower/steam/lights, and a BlueTooth speaker system in the room. We also liked the pastel decor.
We opted to "upgrade" to the Prestige level of the hotel. While this provided us a nice big room and a little jacuzzi on the balcony, the regret we had was that we didn't check the weather first. The main selling point to the upgrade for me was access to the rooftop bar/pool. However, the weather was bad, so the rooftop was closed (they did provide other amenities inside for the hosted snacks/drinks). My main complaint is that they upsold us on this feature, and I am sure the staff knew fully well that the weather forecast for the next 3 days meant they rooftop would be closed. In that sense, I felt a bit cheated and taken advantage of. I wouldn't have upgraded and spent the extra money had I known that if it isn't perfect weather they would more or less close the bar. The weather wasn't so bad - 16C - but the staff made the choice to close things down. It is a bit disappointing that so many of the facilities and options are so weather dependent. As for location, it is a bit farther from Palma than I had thought, but taking a bus was easy enough.
Everything
The open plan bathroom really wasn’t suitable for a family with teenage children
Lovely hotel, good food
Use of the infinity pool would have been nice, didn’t know this was extra, although having said that the pool was not heated as I went to view it. The bed base stuck out further than the mattress so I kept bashing into it! Hurt myself quite badly. Pointed this out to reception & they agreed it wasn’t the first time someone had done this. They need to do something about it. Also I upgraded to a full sea view but did not get this. Had a sea view but it was a side view & in the shade at all times.
Overall excellent hotel with very courteous associates Excellent location and well maintained facilities The breakfast and evening buffet at the restaurant outstanding
The hotel management should change the hangers in the cupboard This hangers are for 2 star hotel and terrible to hang our cloth Room Service Menue very Limited and no selection for children Quality not very tasty
The environment was beautiful.
Very spacious rooms
The location was perfect and the hotel was well maintained. The dinning room staff were great and were very quick to recognize us and greet us by name. The food was incredible as well.
We had requested via Booking.com for adjacent or adjoining rooms 3 times prior to arrival due to having a young family that required two rooms. Upon arrival the manager let us know that they didn't have two adjacent rooms in the "category" we had booked and we had to be split up. After getting the runaround about how they were completely booked they let us know that they could get us adjacent rooms on the next floor up but it would be an upcharge of 30 Euro/night per room. The manager would not budge on comping this expense. I explained to him that this was our first experience with Iberostar and it would cost them nothing to move us upstairs (being that rooms weren't actually booked) but it would cost them us as a future customer if we had to pay. He didn't seem to care at all. This seemed like an easy win for both sides however we ended up having to pay so we could have rooms next to one another. While we had good time at the resort and loved the location, we will not be utilizing an Iberostar ever again due to their managements lack of customer service.
The staff at the hotel were lovely. When Yane found out it was my son’s birthday she made sure the staff brought him a delicious banana cake. Thank you! The hotel is a bit from town so I recommend renting a car to get around this beautiful island. The beach in front of the hotel is very nice and has many restaurants and shops nearby. We had a family room which was very clean and comfortable. We purchased the half board option which had nice choices but note that drinks including soda and water are not included. We would absolutely stay here again.
Amazing food, great buffet, super clean room, great service manager. We loved this hotel so much and will be back.
Their only pool (outdoor) was so freezing cold it was impossible to swim, even when the weather was lovely and warm. I do wish they would heat the outdoor pool.
I would rate the hotel at 6*, or even 9*, especially their initiative 'We Change' with no plastic toiletries and packaging. Service and everything is exceeded my expectation, kudo to to the team for the fantastic job.
Breakfast was outstanding Jacuzzi outdoors was also great Perfect location for beach walks and bike trips
Nothing!
Fantastic hotel in every way.
Very confortable room Rating evening was also perfect Same for breakfast. All Personal was professionell Gratulation we probabely will Côme back this year.

Restaurant to noisy.
Restaurant! Variety for breakfast could be more! Specaially the choice of bread and rolls was to small for a typical „german“ Hotel. Porridge was awful.
Room was spacious and bright with good view of the sea... breakfast spread is quite wide with live counters....
No kids club in winters No heated pools Tap water is not drinkable and they provide only 2 bottles per day, for more we have to pay...
It was kinda hard to find any restaurants that were open due to it not being the right time of year. The hotel restaurant was pricy so we didn’t end up eating there, but if we had then I’m sure that it would’ve been really nice!
The bed was a little loud on one side but that can’t always be helped, on their website the infinity pool looks available to everyone from a glance, but upon arrival you learn that if you didn’t pay for star prestige then it won’t be available for you to use which kinda sucks.
Clean large well equipped room
As I travel a lot and it's important for me to be comfortable with less stress because I travel for business and its really important to have a good hotel that has good food, wifi and exceptional rooms for your wellbeing. This was the first time staying with Iberostar and coming to Mallorca. I can say I would come back again and again. The service was exceptional, the staff were accommodating to your needs and made sure you were comfortable (Thank you to the facilities and reception team for your hard work and dedication to provide an exceptional service). The food was perfection (Massive, compliments to the chef) everything was fresh and you received a 5/6 star service every day. The views from the room were absolutely amazing from the 6th / 7th floor and spacious, clean and tidy and they turn down your beds every night. (Thank you for my Upgrade x) I would definitely come back and stay with the Iberostar and I highly recommend this Hotel. The hotel proximity from the airport is 5 /10 mins drive and 20mins by bus to Palma town, everything is accessible. Thank you so much, to all of the staff for your services and hard work, it was greatly appreciated and I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. See You soon :-) Lauren

Upgrade to Star Prestige for requested pool view room
Nothing
I really like the hotel in general. Very nice combination of colours. View form the room was amazing and the terrace was soooo huge. Amazing. Facilities were good, nice big bath. Bus stop is in front of the hotel so perfect connection to the city center or airport.
Only one thing that I was disappointed with, was the check out process. I came to the desk, started talking in English, and the trainee at the reception was talking to me in German. I understand, that there are lot of tourists from Germany, but It was not very professional from her side.
The hotel is well maintained, very good location and staff is working hard to serve the guests
Booked a sea view room, got a partial sea view in a low floor just over a construction / renovation site. It was noisy and dusty. I had a terrible flu and the hotel was not able to give me basic medicine or guide me to an open pharmacy. The entretainment program is out of date and can be much better
Tasty and various meals are a very big plus in low season. Cava for breakfats is a great idea!
Unfortunately there was odd, sewer smell in the room. Night rain has flooded our room via leaky windows. It's a huge disappointment that rooftop and the pool is unavailable for regular guests, other pool is (surprisingly) in other hotel.
Recently renovated hotel with friendly staff and nice buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The outdoor pool is heated. No direct access to the beach and the hotel is focusing more on couples than families (prestige rooms only for adults and some equipment is a no go for kids too). Indoor pool available in the neighbor hotel but not very convenient to reach in winter. A good experience overall though.
No indoor pool. Some equipment reserved for adults only. Very small parking.
The food for 5*hotel not that good...
Hotel is very nice and close to beach
Once I arrived to hotel staff proposed me to buy also breakfast and I said that for me it’s enough 3 breakfast (even I will stay here 4 night) because the last day I will check out very early cause my flight is at 7 o’clock in the morning. The girl in reception took money for 4 breakfast and said me that I don’t must worry because breakfast in hotel start at 7.30 o’clock but I will find everything from 4 o’clock in the morning. I paid 150 euro more only for 4 breakfast because we was 2 adults and 1 child so 37 euro for day.Once was arrived day of my departure and I went to breakfast at 5 o’clock in the morning I didn’t found nothing...only few things.I made complain with receptionist but he doesn’t do nothing.I felt cheated because the customer must to know the true or they should do refund money in that case. I add photo of what I found for my breakfast for 37 euro
everybody & everything are all OK!
Nothing
Loved everything about it, we had a great room with balcony, pool view (also got a glimpse of sea view), just what I wanted and needed 100% relaxation and excellence. Loved the decor of EVERY area, luxurious, elegant, each room with a different hint of colour/theme. Perfect. Would highly recommend and would love to go again. We went in Winter and I loved it so Imagine in Summer! 10 mins drive from airport, 20 mins on the bus for 5 euro per person. Close to the main part of Palma town, which has shopping, old town, docks, loads to see and do.
I loved EVERYTHING, nothing to dislike!!!!
Everything. Living room / bed quarters spacious & beautiful throughout. The bed was so comfy, one of the best mattresses we’ve slept on. The room was awesome with the bath situated in the room such a nice touch. Spacious bathroom with separate shower & toilet. Great size balcony overlooking the pool & sea. We had half board and breakfast & dinner was a fantastic selection with quality ingredients.. They had real ‘honey comb’ really impressive. Sea food and meat cooked to perfection in front of you and as many times you could eat .....brilliant The staff were amazing Laura, Yolanda , Mayli, Yane, Luis, Chris & José María also the rest of the staff a huge THANK YOU for making my birthday so enjoyable xx

fantastic hotel -quality throughout. Food was very good and service-Parking was a struggle. Was met with a welcome drink and check in was effortless. bags taken to the room for us. full explanation of all facilities was given. Quality and cleanliness of the hotel was 1st class. location right on the beach could not be faulted with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. overall highly recomended
Parking around the hotel was very tight - ended up using the hotel garage at £15 per day. otherwise no issues with what is otherwise a fantastic hotel.
Happy from the check-in with welcome drinks, very kind staffs, awesome breakfast and dinner buffe (booked Half-board), rooftop infinity pool with beautiful scenery by upgrade service (special thanks to birthday cocktails as well), clean and big room, close to a beach and the airport! I'd like to stay there again :P
Loved the location, so much to do, close to Palma, bus stop outside hotel, jump on number 25 bus for small amount, or could walk to Palma in a hour or so, or just hire a push bike, from outside the hotel, loads of places to eat around the place, and breakfast also had gluton free products, which was a great treat, the views were breathtakeing.
Can't fault the place
Everything was perfect
easy access to the beach
the music at the pool
Very nice hotel, bright, big rooms, fantastic views, pool on the roof accessible for prestige star rooms only, go for it (!), the staff had been always smiley, no matter if at the reception, bars, cleaning ladies, breakfast helpers, restaurant. Healthy and gluten free options for breakfast. Everything went well and easy and always these smiling people around. And, air in the hotel smelled freshly - very interesting concept!
