Cons:The Hotel is old and run down. We ended up staying in a golf view room, away from main building and it was a filthy, dark room with low ceilings. Had only 1 chair in the room. Would I go again? No, not before renovated and upgraded.

Pros:The private beach is small but very nice and well kept; there was a constant breeze from the waters. We really enjoyed the walk on the pier to get to the beach; the area was very serene! I will definitely visit again!
Cons:The facilities are still being renovated so we could hear annoying noises - one came from the ice maker but not sure of the origin of the second noise.

Pros:I was very pleased with the staff and service. Wish I had wrote down names so I could highlight the registration staff that was so efficient. Initially had a problem with the toilet in the room and they had it fixed immediately. I will be back.

Pros:Staff at front desk were friendly. Shower works fine.
Cons:Rooms were dirty; windows were dirty; housekeeping didn't follow their standards; engineering didn't follow through until the second request. Hotel should be taken off line until the renovation is complete. Multiple safety issues in the Doral building from water in hallways, stairs appeared to be unsafe; carpet is outdated and what hotel doesn't have in room Wi-Fi? I paid a combined 774 and feel some type of reimbursement is owed.

Pros:Amazing that there are resort centers which book conferences that only have ethernet in the rooms. The office was surprised that there are computers which do not hook up to ethernet. I was there for a conference which had wifi. Will probably never stay there again.

Cons:our view was of golf course and not bay or beach no blow dryer in room as most resorts furnish them; the one they provided for us was melted on the end and when I turned it on, smoke started billowing out from it. fitted sheets would not stay on bed. no hand towel hung in bathroom no shampoo was in bathroom and had to ask for it 2x to get some. ,our view was of golf course and not bay or beach

Pros:A different room on the second night was better. I was informed the place to get coffee was the gift shop. It was $2.00 for a small cup. The view of a partially finished roof from my balcony left a bad impression.
Cons:Are room was not available when we arrived. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a substitute room that was a disaster. The headboard side of the mattress was 6" lower than the foot area. The bathroom vent and the coffee pot did not work. Tried to take a shower and the handle fell off. The balcony door would not open from the outside. The first night was a disaster.
