No shuttle, property was dirty, No Wi-Fi!
The front desk staff was upfront about the lack of cable AND internet; she offered me a full refund even though it was a non-refundable reservation.
After reading other recent reviews, it seems the hotel is probably going out of business / bankrupt. There is still no cable and now no internet. Front desk showed up about 5 minutes after I arrived & informed me of this as I attempted to check in. Grass is at least 2-3 ft high. Buildings look poorly maintained. Front desk staff referred me over to the hotel next door who was visibly angry and refused to serve me when I showed up without a reservation stating Hawthrown Suites sent me over.
It has all inclusive facility. like swimming pool, basket ball play area, breakfast. Staff was good co-operative

Not Worth the Budget Price
Large room, full kitchen, comfy couch. Convenient shuttle ride to grocery store.
Room was threadbare-- carpets frayed, wallpaper peeling, sink in bathroom cracked. Kitchen was mostly unusable because there was only one giant pot and one tiny pot. I chose the hotel because it had free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast. I needed to leave at 4:45am for the airport and the shuttle started at 5 and breakfast at 6 making my two main perks useless.

New years eve. The rooms need to be upgraded. The pull out mattress very thin and uncomfortable. Not the cleaness feeling. House keeping should take more time to ensure the rooms are cleaned. Wash cloths had stains. Rooms need a little more TLC

The staff wasn't as informative as I'm used to. I had to keep asking questions that hotels just usually tell you. I was never told the shuttle to the airport only runs every 30 minutes which ended up making us late to the airport. Outdated bathroom fixtures and millwork.
I liked the location and the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom unit. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast.
Our room needed a remodel. It was clean but not super clean. Wall paper was peeling off. Carpet raised up in spots. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. It seemed some workers were staying in the building. Not sure I felt very safe.

They charged me $70 extra for two nights. Supposedly you can't take the food from the dining hall to your room BUT there's kitchenettes in the room
