Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. Good room service. Taxi service call up very good. Large spacious bar.
Location not great for tourists. Must take public transportation to the river area.

The staff were out-of-this-world friendly and helpful. Bathrooms on the rooms were nicely appointed, clean and modern. Good location to walk downtown.

It is a modern hotel with a very good level of services and with an excellent access to city transport network. There is an underground station in the vicinity of the hotel which enables you to get to the historical centre of Porto within 5-7 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
