the location needs to be on the seafront and is wasted where it is

The room was beautiful, the spa bath was a lovely luxury, and the staff were very friendly!
No in-room coffee/tea making facilities. It was possible to get it with room service but that would cost. After paying £150 a night, i thought it a bit much to be charged extra for a cuppa in the room!

The large bath set in the floor of the room was lovely and so was the breakfast. I had a wonderful rest to be ready for a very important day's business in Portsmouth.
