Overview
Located in downtown Pueblo, the Springhill Suites by Marriott provides spacious guest rooms that are up to 20 percent larger than a standard hotel room. We offer rooms with two queen size beds or single kings and all of our rooms have a separate sitting area with a full size sleeper sofa. Microwaves, minifridges and coffee makers are provided complimentary in all of our rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the Pueblo Riverwalk, Pueblo Convention Center and historic downtown. Parking is provided complimentary and over-sized spaces are available.

Pros (+) How clean the hotel was
Cons (-) The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. I stay at a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst, because of the lack of customer service the manager (Christy) and staff have.
Pros (+) Good complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping was excellent.
Cons (-) Noise from others, including loud footsteps on ceiling and noise in hallway after 10pm.

Pros (+) One of the few acceptable places to stay in Pueblo. Had a pool which my 5 year old swam in for a bit. Free breakfast was ok
Cons (-) This is an honest review that I hope doesn’t come across as too much of a soap box. My room smelled like smoke. They must have known that because there was a air cleaner machine running when I got there. Location was terrible but seems like that’s more the city than anything else. Pros (+) I love the room. Its spacious and comfy
Cons (-) The location from Colorado Springs is a bit far
Pros (+) The room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in getting another room for some friends who just got married. They allowed us to check in well before the check-in time.
Cons (-) The only issue we had, when we arrived our shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty which gave us indication that a full refresh of the bathroom may not have been adequately performed.
