John, Sept 2025
The parking lot lights aren't properly shielded and they're probably twice as intense as they need to be, so the hotel's own lights were shining into my bedroom window. Pros (+) How clean the hotel was
Cons (-) The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. I stay at a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst, because of the lack of customer service the manager (Christy) and staff have.

The desk clerk said the confirmation was in error & that they didn't get my reservation until 11pm (my confirmation was before 6pm) & had no way to contact me to let me know they had no vaca...

Cons (-) This is an honest review that I hope doesn’t come across as too much of a soap box. My room smelled like smoke. They must have known that because there was a air cleaner machine running when I got there. Location was terrible but seems like that’s more the city than anything else. I was worried about car getting broken into so I parked in front (as did every other car I saw - no one was parked in ...
