The stay was great and what we were looking for. The shuttle to the airport was key for us. The only thing we found confusing was the entrance.

Breakfast wasn’t the best
There was not a room for even though I paid. I have Been trying to get my money back from you but you’re stupid and yes I mean stupid agents keep telling me that cancellations require one day charge it’s less than three days. I made the reservation 30 minutes before as I was in a cancellation flight situation. You took my money and provided nothing as the hotel had no rooms there when I arrived. I will be turning kayak

I booked this hotel through this website the worse place to book a hotel I got in the hotel and I wasnt able to stay in this hotel because it was sold out I paid in advance when I booked it and I wasn't able to stay with my wife it was my year anniversary I want my money back.

The rooms are very good. They are contemporary. Very well designed for senior citizens. Has a restaurant open till 12 in the night. Vending machines for drinks and water on every floor.
