That the rooms were nice & clean. Some amenities were provided but nothing too fancy (ie, lotion)
The guy staff that checked us out on our last morning there. He was rude, unpleasant and very unwelcoming. His manner was unprofessional and definitely left a bad taste in our mouth after. We had to leave early at 6am on our last day to catch a train in Termini. We had asked the night before at the lobby if we needed to reserve a shuttle. The lady at the counter told us it wasn't necessary, she said we could come down and check out and there will be people helping us call the shuttle. Came early morning and we checked out and requested the shuttle. He then told us there aren't any shuttle at this early in the morning. Told us in an impatient voice that we should've reserved it yesterday. We told him we did but to find we didn't have to.

I would like to praise the staff on arrival in particular max from argentina, who could not have been more helpful when we arrived and always when we needed assistance at the desk. It was ideally situated to visit all the local attractions, so instead of driving it was not to expensive to get taxis.
Nothing, all was fine with our stay!

I loved the friendliness and politeness we received in the hotel. They were very busy most times, but always polite and courteous.My mum left her passport in the taxi that we booked from the hotel.on our way to the airport. The hotel staff was so kind and acted very fast in calling the driver of the taxi and within 20 minutes, he was back to hand it over to my mum. My husband even called the hotel staff and they assisted him and assured him that they will be in touch with the driver...they were very professional.
My mum and i were very very satisfied.My mum thought the b'fast buffet was fit for a king..she wished she had 2 stomachs.
