Pros (+) comfy bed. reliable shuttle to airport.
Cons (-) carpets in hallways were stained and seemed dirty. prior to our visit, the front desk person who answered the phone was not very polite or helpful. however, the front desk staff when we arrived and left were great!

Pros (+) convenience, breakfast is fine, clean, near rental car lots and expressway access. polite staff. coffee maker and microwave in room. comfortable bed. reasonable price. I always stay there when visiting Michigan.
Cons (-) faucets and knobs in tub were loose and almost falling off.

Pros (+) Liked the park and fly component. We were taken quickly to the airport early in the morning and picked up promptly on return. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) Great service. I was able to check in early with my mother (on our way to her high school reunion), and then the airport shuttle in the morning was extremely accommodating and allowed me to see her off, and take a nap before my grandkids arrived in the afternoon. All around perfect!!
