TV wasn’t working and AC unit was to loud.
San Diego all around you!!
location was excellent you can reach any point of San Diego within 10 minutes. Staff was great and helpful
A minor issue with the TV even though we weren't in room for long periods of time it was a little annoying
Would never recommend
Literally everything about it sucked.
Nice room, free airport shuttle, good wi-fi. Staff was helpful in terms of SPG lookup. The pool was warm, but water a little dirty. Nice place to get some sun in my g-string.
A little far from the Convention Center and Gaslamp District, but convenient to the airport. The pool water was kind of dirty, otherwise everything was fine.
Better than expected except the parking
Reading reviews I was a little weary about my stay but I was pleasantly surprised to find a very friendly staff and clean room and bathroom (although some of the furniture a little worn but not bad). The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The complimentary water bottle was a nice touch as I always always forget to bring water with me.
My only gripe about this place is the PARKING. The attendants were nice and courteous and Ill admit its nice to have someone bring your car to you but $32 dollars per night for parking! Golly. One of the Four Points staff said the parking company is contracted from an outside company and they have no control but jeez you choose Four Points for its affordability and they get you on parking.
The staff was really nice.
The thing I disliked the most was the parking I could not believe how expensive parking was for only one day. I stayed two days and parking was more than $50. It was very disappoin I had to rearrange some my plans just to be able to make sure that got covered. Also we had a lot of trouble with the tv. It kept loosing signal and was not able to connect with our PS3.
Parking was an additional $26 per night. I ordered a club sandwich and asked for crispy bacon. The bacon was still raw.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is just right right off the freeway.
It's dirty, my feet became black from the dirty musty carpet, the white comforter had a LOT of men hair stuck in the sheets, in both rooms they put me in. This hotel looks directly to the I-5!! It's LOUD!! I don't know anyone who comes for business who wants to sleep on top of the freeway noise. Talk about comfortable stay. No parking!! Mandatory valet so every time you're in or out you have to tip!
Slow internet, flakey internet, bathroom tiles falling off, locker room soap dispensers, old carpet and paint, freeway view and noise
I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the small mirrorwith light in the restroom
I did not like the act that the pipping was so loud I was hardly able to sleep, The restrooms are very nice but the skidding doors might not be comfortable for people that want a bit more privacy. The lights in the restroom were way too dimmed
Very clean and well taken care of.I've stayed at hotel/motels for more money that were not this nice.We wound up here because we booked a motel that turned out to be a total dump, thank God for Holiday Inn
The staff was really friendly and always greeted you with a smile , the hotel's restaurant was very good.
There was no balconies.
San Diego is a really nice city to visit, make sure you go out to Coranado Island. Do Not go to Tijuana we felt really intimidated and it took hours to get back over the boarder into the USA
When we went to check out our bill was incorrect, we had been charged $20 a night more than what we had booked through Booking.com. I had printed a copy of our reservation before I had left home when I showed it to the duty manager I was told not to worry, they would make the adjustments and email me the correct bill, which would be there when I arrived home. I arrived home yesterday, there is no email and upon checking my credit card the hotel has charged me the inflated amount. I have tried to contact them by phone but just get through to a call centre.
My room was really very clean and very confortable. People from the staff were always very friendly. Good breakfast, with quite large choice. Good position of the hotel. I enjoyed very much my stay at the Holiday Inn San Diego and surely would suggest it.
I just had good stay.
I enjoyed being within walking distance of shopping areas, Little Italy, and the waterfront. The shuttle service was very convenient and accommodating to the airport and the cruise port. We were able to store our luggage as we had a late flight and spend another day visiting beautiful San Diego. The wireless in our room was free and there were computers available in the lobby. The rooms were clean and had lovely furnishings.
I would have liked a larger restaurant. However, the breakfast was tasty.
I got reference from my best friend.
location does not reaaly good
