Loved being directly on the beach. Beach combing for shells was a lot of fun. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. It’s an older renovated hotel. Rooms small, very clean, newly renovated, beds very comfortable. Pool was fun for the kids. Enjoyed the fact that they provided chairs on the beach but they were removed at 5pm or sooner. Pros (+) Location, amenities (pool, pool bar, parking), right on the beach, staff, cleaning, landscaping, food is excellent and fast service. Awesome we will come back to this hotel.

Pros (+) I actually picked on line because it had tile floored rooms available, but was pleasantly surprised for more than one reason. The price was excellent, actually the cleanest place I've stayed so far in Sanibel, lovely grounds - enjoyed lounging and reading in the hammock under the palms, and very short walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful also. I'd definitely stay here again.
