It was right by the interstate, and some of the staff were very sweet.
They do not come in and check towels or trash on a long stay. We repeatedly told them of a broken outlet in our room, and we were told three times it would be fixed that day. It was not fixed.
Could have been cleaner
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in
Nothing I was good about this experience. I've stayed in backpack hotels where I had to share a bathroom that were better than this hotel.
First night I was awaken by 3 cockroaches crawling on my face. I turn on the light to find roaches everywhere in the room including in my personal belongings. When I rose to begin killing the critters I discovered there were roaches everywhere. The AC unit in the room was leaking water and had flooded the room. So now my suitcase is soaked along with having roaches crawling in and on it. So since its late at night and I have to report to a new assignment first thing I'm headed to Wal-Mart to buy roach spray and foggers. Why foggers you ask. Well I didn't want to bring any critters with me to my new place. So I'm up at 1 am with two cans of bug spray spraying this obvious roach infested room. I try to get some sleep but I'm just to nervous that a bug may crawl in my mouth if I sleep to heavy. In morning before leaving for work I set off 3 foggers and close the door. I head downstairs to inform the staff of the situation and that I will be needing new accommodations when I return from work. The clerk attempted to place me in the room next door but I had to remind her that if that room had over 20 roaches that I could see then what's the chances that an adjoining room would have none. So they moved me closer to the lobby. The room appeared to cleaner but of course I discovered a roach in the bathroom when I woke up to use the bathroom. So I sprayed just to make and went to bed. I was there for the week and the third night everything appeared to be ok. Then of course the AC went out. I informed the front desk they said they would have to move me to another room but I was done by then. I only had two nights left and I wanted to be done with this horrible experience. You ask why didn't I ask for my money back? Well I knew it would be a hassle because I booked with a third party and I didn't want to hear the excuses. Kayak needs to end their relationship with the econolodge until they bring their hotel up to minimum standards. Someone owes me something but unfortunately no one thought to offer. So I offered my opinion instead. Regards, Aldolphus Benjamin Noble Jr

The bed was firm.
AC wouldn't cool the room, no bath towels, soap, shampoo or tissues.
Roaches, Roaches, Roaches!!!!
The bugs were horrible. They were on the walls and coming out of the pillows. I left and went to a different hotel.
Roaches and holes in wall
The price was good and it was fairly quiet. The staff were as accommodating as possible.
The hotel had an electrical fire while we stayed. The air conditioner went out for our last day so it was very hot. There were cockroaches.
Charged $4 off my credit card next day
It was clean, fairly quiet, and didn’t smell bad
In the morning sleeping in is not an option when there are people yelling out to one another. I’m not sure if it’s the housekeeper or not, but usually it is. I looked at my credit card stmt, noticed a $4 charge taken the next day that I didn’t know about. I called them and they explained it was an “environmental service” fee. It’s costs $$ to keep the hotel environmentally friendly and they put the costs on the customers after they leave. I would never of approved of something so rediculous. I will not stay here ever again. That is so messed up, trifling, and insulting to my intelligence.
The lady who checked us out was nice and apologetic.
The check-in was full of aggression and the lady working at night seemed overwhelmed and abrasive. She charged my card a second time even though I showed her proof that I had already paid for the room. When I called Kayak/Getaroom, I was quoted 2 minutes but remained on hold for 15 minutes two different times. Bed was hard, sink would not drain, remote could not reach TV because of positioning on top of the stand.
Roaches were everywhere
Great customer service
Roaches everywhere I have never experienced nothing like that before.
Got charged twice for the hotel. The prices they charged me didn't match the price I was supposed to pay. When I confronted them they did very poorly trying to explain it to me. I am out of money for the next two days, and when I said that to one of the guys at the desk, he told me "yes, looks like you have no money for the next 24-48 hours." I will not book this place ever again.
Priced very reasonably; incredibly friendly staff.
The staff made my stay at this location very comfortable. I have a service dog and a 4 year old child and we were all treated with the utmost respect. Kudos to the Latin American female, I believe she may be a manager, for treating us like family from the moment we arrived. I will definitely be returning. Lastly, the Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel provides great service and food adding to the overall experience.
