I enjoyed the wonderful view to the river. I liked the opportunity to relax late at night in the pool and sauna. The food was great with the helpful staff, could to taste many different cuisines The front desk staff was helpful, I received a map of the city with guidance Good access to the city

Perfect location near the metro, with few transfers needed to airports or the railways. Short walk to the waterfront, near the financial district. Consistent breakfast buffet. Amazing views.

Dated furniture and carpet. The rooms were clean, but repairs that had been done tarnished the aesthetic of the room.

The hotel is right next to an entrance to the subway station:)!!! But, there is no lift going down to the subway (not that I can see at the entrance). I found it hard to lift the luggage up and down the stairs

Stayed here a few times now and love the fact that you can easily get to the river side and walk into town if you want a scenic walk. Breakfast and facilities are good. Roadworks round the hotel made access by road a little more difficult but only temporary of course.

Check in Reception and Concierge staffs give me very good impression. The room size is good and very comfortable. The subway station is near by make travelling so convenient.

Amenities in the room such as coffee and tea quality can be improve. Has bathtub in the room. But do not have any form bath for my bath. Should have at least one more floor towel for the floor . One for outside the bathroom and the other one for beside the bathtub.

The hotel gave nothing much to attract people and I was give a room 3219 that water leaked from air-con system that wet the carpet and the room chamber maid did not reported it to the management to fix it. Moreover, the air-con system does not work well and stuffy.

Staff. Poor english. I have a lot of problems with them. The comunication was terrible awful. For example, they was not capable to cancel my aeroport taxi as I ordered, and book a new one to antoher place as I ordered as well. Then, taxi driver cheat me and I paid a lot of yuans (3 or 4 times the real price) to go 15 minutes away. Even they want to charge me the boarding pass that I wanted to print. Incredible. I work as a front desk recepcionist and I think they need to do an effort to speak english and also to be more kidness. I have many negative anecdotes in only two days I stayed. Incredible wrong and dissgusting. I never book a Hotel like that in my life.

The building needs renovations, carpet is worn out and all furniture needs replacement. I was given a way small room for the price I paid. I had to literally fight to get my room changed. I am vegetarian and there were hardly much option of pure vegetarian food in buffet breakfast. They repeat the same menu for breakfast every day. Overall my personal analysis is average about this property.
