Pros:Brenda noticed that I made a mistake booking the car only for a few hours and helped me change it. She also proactively asked if I plan to take the car to Malaysia, which I did and explained the extra cost.Cons:I was informed that I will have a 1000 dollar hold on my account for 30-35 days. I find the length of the hold unacceptable! It would have been done even up to two weeks but after a month my credit company will charge me interest for the amount. The piling off charges: extra 30 $ leaving the country, extra 30$/day toll charges, extra for the amount I will have to pay as interest for the 1000$ deposit made the extra charges more expensive than the car rental itself. This makes planning for vacation costs difficult and the experience makes you feel word off. I wouldn't have minded the cost of I would have been aware of them.Reviewed 2016 Dec 19
