I didn’t appreciate being charged an extra $150 for no reason and having to fight to get it back
Location, although road closure and construction required detour for access.
WiFi was minimal, not sufficient to retrieve a google map or query about nearby dining. Room had no information about available facilities or local assets. Worst breakfast! Essentially bread and flavored water plus banana. Options were dry cereal, powdered doughnut holes, few slices of white bread, and a few slightly reheated, dry pancakes. Orange juice (only juice option) was iced and very “watered down.”
My room did not have towels and I realized after I had taken a shower Never answer the phone when I try to call them for a wake up call The first room they gave me did not lock The reason I went there is because they told us they had a shuttle service, but when I got there, they told me they did not have that service and gave me a phone number of a taxi company that I called and never they appeared.
The location was convenient
The room smell A LOT like smoke, there was a Non Smoking sing, but the room small too much like smoke, after I got home, all my cloths including my luggage smell like smoke. The TV was very old and did not work well. The door was hard to open. the shower spay water everywhere.
The woman at the front desk was very cheerful and was very nice to the older woman checking in beforw us. We booked online so checking in was a matter of getting our room key and hearing about the breakfast. The room was very clean and the bathroom as well. T.V. was easy to figure out and had great channels. Bed was really comfortable and the wall heater worked efficiently and fast. Couldn't have asked for a better room for what we paid!
The bathroom light flickered a little while I took a shower. No big deal but I did let the housekeeper know. The shower could have been a bit cleaner, again not a big deal. Room was pretty small but it was only a queen bed sized room.
