The proximity to the city
The construction that was going on, which we had to walk by to go to the parking lot, and since we were using a motorcycle we had to park at the parking in the building behind the hotel, which i think is unfair. Guests with motorcycle should also get to park within the hotel's compound. It's quite a walk, not to mention lack of cover from the rain to get there.

Excellent staff service from concierge, front-office namely Budi & others, to coffeehouse staff though the tour-desk staff lack sufficient knowledge about Mt Bromo. a major attraction nearby where we went on our first day which was great. Try also the full body sensual massage at the spa on the 2nd floor. The buffet breakfast has a good variety. Overall a good stay.
They have cable-ready wired internet connection on the desk but I would prefer to have a WiFi connection so that I would have mobility around the room. Also a relatively small TV for this kind of hotel.
