It was the worst of my life. They made me get the service of another company. Plus they didn't give me the vehicle until after 2 1/2 hours. Now they say we messed up their car. It's the worst.Reviewed 2024 Sept 04

In advance of our trip I made a reservation for a van for my family of 6. When we arrived they did not have one available. They gave us a Traverse which is a SUV with a third row. There was room for my family to sit in it but there was no room for our luggage. I expected at making a reservation for a specific vehicle that it would be there. Isn't that the whole point of a reservation? I also felt very pressured to buy a bunch of their rental options even after saying no.Reviewed 2024 Sept 02

Completely disorganized. Couldn't figure out if I had rented with thrifty, Hertz, kayak, or Expedia. Failure to provide me a working confirmation number. Vehicle was different from what I specifically rented. Telephone operator non existent at either San Diego international and Portland international. Customer service non existent. Can't login and make changes online because confirmation number didn't work (this is a recurring issue since I can remember, every time I reant through a third party). I paid for prepaid gas when I picked up the vehicle then when I returned it, the tech had showed me that they never added it or charged my card for it. I'm not even done with my list but this is taking too much time. Good luck.Reviewed 2024 Sept 01

They are not on site at the airport Upon my arrival no Thrifty representative was available. I ended up renting a car from island car rental which case me double the amount as they only had large cars available.Reviewed 2024 Sept 01
