Pros:Drop off was goodCons:No one was available at desk for pick up, even though it was during open hours. Had to take expensive taxi to hotel and spend most of next day awaiting for a car to be delivered. Very poor customer service upon arrival.Reviewed 2019 Dec 04

replacement car was slightly better than originalPros:Response to a problem with the car was very fast.Cons:Rear view mirror on first car was so loose it would not stay adjusted. Replacement car had worn and mismatched tires, One tire was very low and needed inflation. Dashboard tire inflation warning stayed on for entire rental period causing repeated checks of tire psi. Wind shield wipers were old and ineffective on both cars.Reviewed 2017 Mar 12
