There was not a lot to like except for the staff Carmen was helpful was not able to stay because priceline messed up the booking received 2 emails 1st was the king suite the 2nd was a king bed was not able to stay the room of the king suite was not available.
What could have been better was our reservation was wrong and the amount charged was for the king suite and the room that was actually available was a king bed only not the suite I called priceline and I was told nothing was able to be done very unsatisfied with the process from priceline and the customer rep and the Customer relations person I spoke with.
Loved the cleanliness and size of the room. Staff was very accommodating, the pool was lovely and the layout of the hotel is very nice. We paid a lower fee and felt like we were basically and a small resort, at least coming from New York State! Very sad we missed breakfast but overall we had a great stay
Breakfast ended at 9
Staff was courteous, facilities were sufficient
Good if you get deal under $100, not if paying more!
The pool area was nice. Although not open it was a pleasant area to walk through. Almost like a park. There was a workman leaf blowing area when we were there. The bed was comfortable. Quite a lot to choose from at breakfast, although unusual to have Chow Mein and fried rice offered at breakfast!
The overall feeling of the place was that they had cut corners to save money. We got a last minute deal through Kayak and paid just over $80, but online it looks like the usual price is over $200, it is definitely not worth that. The whole time we were there the hallways of the hotel smelt of BO one day and fish the next day! The room had no notepad or pen, no conditioner, bath hat, face wipe etc that you often get in cheaper hotels. Also the directions on the shower fitting did not match the shower. Stains on the bathroom ceiling that could easily have been removed as it was a drop ceiling tile. The towels were the smallest I have ever come across in a hotel. You could not wrap it around yourself and be decent, they were also cheap quality. The sheets appeared clean but the bed cover had obvious stains on it. Breakfast could not keep up with the demand of all the people in the room. We had to keep waiting for everything, although staff did keep letting everyone know what would be coming out soon. Hotel probably needs to hire more kitchen staff.
Wonderful friendly staff!
Wonderful friendly staff! Everyone I met there was amazing I was taken care of by friendly Cesar and many others. I enjoyed the styling of the room.
Housekeeping entered my room without waiting for me to answer the door. I think they misread the checkouts list-- but I've been to hotels where the housekeeping staff does this to everybody... not sure which but they were all very friendly and nice. The door keys had some challenges but still opened doors.
