Pros (+) The location was good for where I was visiting and the parking lot was large enough to accommodate a space near the room.
Cons (-) Not completely necessary, but a mini fridge and/or a microwave in the room would have been nice. I would suggest newer fixtures on the nightstands with usb charging ports (ex. lamp, phone, alarm clock), the outlet was a bit far from the bed for my phone charger.
