Pros (+) This was our second stay at Hotel Firenze, and our experience was just as good this time. One of the desk clerks Alex, we met two years ago, and hit it off because he is a big American pro football fan. He played and coached in an Italian league until recently. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was a typical European breakfast with pastries, sandwiches...

Pros (+) We love almost everything but take forever to get the room ready and breakfast not quite ready when we leave so we just skip it that Morning I would say we still gonna stay here next time but obviously not for someone who doesn't have much time to spare
