Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Colin, and found the location convenient for exploring the city. Several reviewers liked the spacious rooms and reasonable prices. However, many guests were disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirt, mold, and outdated facilities. Some found the breakfast and amenities to be just adequate, and a few mentioned that the hotel did not match the photos online. Overall, the service and location stand out positively, but cleanliness and maintenance require improvement.
