Great stay
Even with a mix up with Expedia (won't use them again) booking in the main hotel Metropol the staff were extremely accommodating and did they best they could to fix the issue. The staff at both locations were great the the amenities were fantastic. Worth getting pool time in the main hotel as it overlooks the Matterhorn. View from hotel Alfa was fantastic would definitely stay here again.
Minor - private bathroom was in the hallway- room a bit tight with 4 beds but who cares we were outside enjoying zermatt 99% of the time.

Great location, not far from the station with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn. Good public areas and quality breakfast in adjoining propoerty. Value for money accommodation.
Extra pillows in the room please.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Single Room (Shared Bath/Toilet). The room was very comfy with a window overlooking the village/mountains, TV & wireless internet etc. The staff were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet at the hotel next door was superb! Highly recommended.
