Hotel service was excelent-staff friendly and really helpfull-ready to give U tips about city and would answer all Your questions.Room We found very clean -proper size and welcoming -couldn ask for more.Outside hotel few nice restaurants,shoping centre and few steps to publick transport.Tram would take us to center in 10 min-15 min.would realy recomment to anyone who need a bit of relaxation

Difficulty in finding the location (kalandergasse) - not in GPS which is unusual and parking was not easy to locate until signage was visible. Would have liked a bath in the huge bathroom.

Very good value for money, at least for my reservation. My room was huge (33 square meters) with an excellent shower room that was separate from the toilet room. Very clean, very quiet, lots of facilities and one other good thing about it is that it is housed inside a very large shopping center with supermarkets, fast foods, restaurants, etc...
The distance from the center of the town which is a almost 10 minutes with the tram, but this should not put you off since there is a tram stop right across the hotel and trams are very frequent and punctual. Also breakfast was not included in the price and was quite expensive (30 chf/person).

The room was not done appropriately. Dirtyy used cups at the coffee maker.
