Spa facilities were good.
Hotel is a little old and out dated. More for the elderly rather than a young couple.

Very difficult and expensive to get to. Extra charge for use of swimming pools wasn't apparent until booking in. Difficult to get around if using public transport, we had very bad experiences with buses.

every thing from the moment we entered the hotel until we left, it was really a 4* hotel, staff and food.
i would have liked to know about the spa wile booking i could have joined it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pools are wonderful and unlike other spa hotels, there is a refreshing large cool pool in addition to the thermal pools.
The mini-suite is a very large room with two toilets but no separate area for privacy while someone is sleeping etc. Wifi is in the lounge only and very expensive, as it is in most Italian hotels. Swimming pools are not included, so there is an extra charge of 5euro per day per person, amounting to 95 Euro for three people x5 days -- this does not include any spa treatment.
