Location was great
I have frequent this hotel. It was really nice prior to Covid. It is still nice. However business slowed down so now there was some plumbing issues.
Plumbing issues in 124.
Very clean and easy check-in
No everything was great for price
Rooms are clean Lication
Bathtubs do not drain correctly No hot breakfast because of limited staff (Covid19) No refund was given on a pet (paid 2 nights and kept pet there one night)
Staff was friendly.
There were some other guests who were loud.
The cleaning lady.
The attitude of the front desk woman. She was very unprofessional and refused to make another patron step back to follow social distancing guidelines.
Location, free drink at check in.
Accidentally booked a smoking room. No other room available. Exactly what you'd imagine a smoker's room would be. She did give us a big bottle of febreze to spray. Room at the back side. lots of noise & a lot of people outside at night.
Clean and easily assesible.
The eggs were not good.
A place to sleep with free internet and pet friendly for 10$
The accessory furniture was worn out beyond acceptable appearance, and I couldn't help but to feel paranoid. I left immediately after getting enough sleep to get back on the road.
I thought it was a lot better than a 2 1/2 star stay!
Location an accommodation
not Enough honesty, left item in room but when we called it was not turned in, so we were told. That you can only have a minimum about of kids in the room. So if you have a double bed room you can only have four (4) people stay, even if they are kids.
