The ratings were deceiving. The outside of the resort needed plenty of repairs but inside the room needed some deep cleaning.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, and the location was good.
Cons (-) The smell of cat urine was so strong I had to leave at midnight and drive the final 5 hours home.

Cons (-) We booked two hotels rooms and both bathtubs flooded. Out of 6 of us, only two were able to shower due to the flooded bathtubs. In addition, the hot water is a yellowish brown color. The front desk clerk blamed the city water for the color of the water yet we have stayed at hotels nearby and we have never had this experience.
