Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's amenities, such as pools, buffet options, and facilities, noting their quality and variety. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, particularly slow or inattentive staff at restaurants and pools, and issues at check-in and check-out. Cleanliness was also a concern in some rooms and public areas, and several guests found the location inconvenient, especially its distance from the beach. Overall, while amenities were a highlight, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
