Cons: El acceso a la playa está complicado, son muchas escaleras, no atendieron una fuga de agua que solicitamos y tardó mucho el room service. Había remodelación y no nos avisaron.

This hotel is totally in my mood, discreet and accessible luxury, breakfast (seriously spectacular) Included, Attention from the impressive, warm, very human and respectful and grateful staff, pool with unsurpassed massage waterfall, golf course, sea and fine sand , garage included without additional charges, I believe IMHO it is the best hotel in the world value for your money

Pros: The location is amazing. Really easy to get around and find things to do.
Cons: The staff is rude. They kept asking if I was staying there. I had my bracelet on the whole time and wore short sleeves. Asking them for information or suggestions was a bother to them. The staff acted like providing service was doing me a favor.

Pros: Locación. Only good thing
Cons: Reception Staff and security staff super rude and unfriendly, not accommodating at all. A/C didn't cool the room enough. No towels in bathroom. TV didn't work. $100 MXN parking fee per night which was advertised as included. And had to wait an hour every time you want to leave the hotel. There wasn't one thing I liked about this hotel. Just AVOID IT
