Cons:I got fleas from the hotel room and the staff were unhelpful when i tried to check in. My friend had booked on kayak and I asked for the same rate she received, they said so, and quoted me a rate double that. Then when I started to use my phone to book online they said that they wouldn't honour an online booking because I first came as a walk in client. Ultimately, I booked on Kayak and they gave me a room, but it was an hour long ordeal at 10pm that no one needed.
