Improving on your accounts system...
Very nice staff. Friendly and accommodating. Nice clean rooms. Conveniently located.
We felt welcome, We needed a room just for one night. This one suited our purposes admirably. The lady who prepared the room did so well. And gave s friendly smile in the morning.
Nothing. We liked it all.
Dated but nice staff
The staff were cheerful. The health gym was decent and had a nice view overlooking the water.
Facilities and rooms look aged. Buffet breakfast was below average. I'm not sure the scrambled eggs are real eggs--seems from a mix...taste like the mush I imagine being served onboard the ship in the Matrix when Neo leaves the augmented reality.
I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I go overseas a lot and your staff have to be one of the best I have stayed with.....thankyou.
The King size bed was not comfortable at all. It was too soft and had NO support.
Quiet, clean, large room, central, good hot water/shower
Bathroom getting tired. Mattress too soft.
Have stayed here for 12 odd years through different ownerships....clean, excellent location, feel at home and friendly staff although a lot of the long term employees have moved on.
Charge for self parking
great being in the heart of the city close to the function I was attending. Very comfortable bed.
Not a particularly good view from our window.
we could book a twin bed room (rather than double/king) and this was great as two friends sharing, staff were very friendly, rooms were ok
bed extremely soft, hindley street has a lot of strip clubs very close to the hotel
I found the waiting staff very friendly - (not impersonal and trying to be the person in the background, if you know what I mean. some waiting people deliberatly don't interact with the customers, which is sometimes very off putting)
No, we stay here often, We always get good service.
All Staff were friendly and helpfull
Thought night dining was a bit restricted in choises of food
staff very friendly. room is exactly the same as it was on the picture. value for money.
ice cubes not refilled. service for check out called on our door to check minibar and bathroom at 8am when were not due to leave untill 11am.
The food was not nice at all - both dinne and the buffet breakfast. The carparking on the internet was specified as $12 per day yet we were charged $18 but there was no advice on the internet of the difference in charging for valet parking. No attempt was made by the staff to rectif that situation so for the difference of $6 and the non-help in this situation we will not consider staying here again nor recommend this to friends and work colleagues.
very friendly service
