Guests say
Guest opinions on this hotel are mixed. Many guests praise the excellent location, with proximity to the beach and city attractions frequently mentioned as highlights. Some reviewers also note positive experiences with friendly or professional staff, particularly at reception and in the restaurant. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, with several guests reporting unclean rooms, dated facilities, and issues with towels or bedding. Service quality is inconsistent, with both commendations for helpful staff and criticisms of slow, rude, or unqualified personnel. Amenities like the pool and breakfast receive mixed feedback, and some guests experienced noise or maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and some staff members are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.
