“Behaviour of staff was good which actually saved the experience.”
“breakfast - aloo puri and macaroni was good. poha was dry. tea as well as coffee was dark, quantities should be added in limit. Staff was responsive and cooperative . Facilities didn't match my expectations. Room was clean so as hotel. There was unavailability of fruits, it might be due to ongoing pandemic. Wi fi was available. green Shampoo and honey moist soap were good. Drying Rack with a hanger was available. Refrigerator was there. towels were there. tv was there but i didn't use it.”
“I am booked hotel room with breakfast but I forget that check out day myself and my wife have Monday fast. I am telling to hoteleer on check in day that the breakfast amount adjust into my dinner bill but they refused my request. So they can't refunded my amount rs. 500/-”
